Monday Morning

 Not much of self care morning- as I slept through it. I couldn't sleep last night because my bladder kept being overactive. And I woke up at 11:18am-still feeling tired!

Yesterday-Sunday Morning

 I got up early. Did some standing up crunches! 🌟 Went for my morning/afternoon walk and drank water on my way home. Observation: I saw a lot of people cycling for exercise. With their helmets on and I thought it was cool. Maybe I should get an exercise bike!

What I think I need to do

  Go to sleep earlier

You Look Good...

 Says Sabrina... on a day that I feel my worse. I haven't looked my best in the longest time. Talking to the p felt freeing. It took a lot of stress off me. Even strangers on the street were making me feel heard. I want to start walking in my truth and connecting with those who I need to connect with- in order to walk on my right path! Instead of those who deceive me. Do a good analogy of those in your life and fast!!!! Brain fog. Listen to Marc's video. I don't want to feel suffocated anymore. Goal : I want to start looking my best and not swell.
